Yarra Valley Caviar’s Atlantic Salmon Pearls cured in Olsson's 72 hour red gum smoked salt then cold smoked using a local Mountain Ash hardwood, it is the ultimate compliment to oysters or a top a blini with creme fraiche.

Fresh fish from Australia. 100 grams. Keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days of opening.
