The Carlino company today continues the tradition inherited from its founder Pasquale Carlino. Based in southwest Sicily they use only local fish from the Mediterranean which is renowned for its freshness and brightness. Marinated and full of flavour white anchovy. Using fresh herbs and garlic marinated in white wine vinegar. We also offer a plain marinated option. Best served with crunchy bread and white wine or beer.
