Perfect for grilling, frying or roasting, fresh Ocean Trout needs little embellishment: a little extra-virgin olive oil, salt flakes and lemon and you're ready to go. It is milder than salmon and perfect for making a gravlax. Cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip over for a quick finish.

Fresh fish from Australia. Approx size 1.2-1.4kg. Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
