How long will you keep my order?

We'll hold onto your delicious goodies until we close, either on our next trading day or the pick up date, selected at checkout. Where to do I go to pick up my order?

To pick up your order, visit our store at 703 Nicholson Street, Carlton North. All orders will be ready for collection Tuesday—Friday, 11—4 and Saturdays, 11—2. We look forward to seeing you.

What should I bring with me when I pick up my order?

We'll ask for your order number and to see your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, they can but we'll ask for your order number and to see your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Leave us a note at checkout too so we know you're happy for your friend or family member to pick up your order.

Can I change my order?

Sorry, once your order has been submitted and paid for it cannot be changed.
