The team at Bellarine Smokehouse have lovingly cured Ora King Salmon for 48-60 hrs with the award winning Teddy and the Fox Gin (Bellarine Distillery), orange zest, salt, sugar, white pepper and dill and finished with a touch of cold smoke. It is seriously divine!
