Our swordfish hails from Mooloolaba, Queensland. Sashimi grade and sliced from the loin. Simply pop on the grill then serve with a heady gremolata or bruschetta style salad and be instantly transported to the Italian coast.

Fresh fish from Australia. Approx. 250gm per fillet. Keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.
