Made by hand in the traditional Japanese way, our gyoza are a labour of love. Choose from two varieties: a delicate tiger prawn filling with bamboo shoot, coriander and shiitake mushroom, or a spicy calamari filling with a lively seafood flavour and warming kick. Both are wrapped in wonton pastry.

Pan-fry until golden and crisp on the base. 6 pieces. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. Cook from frozen or thawed.
