These garfish are a long slender fish caught off the Bay of Biscay and make a beautiful alternative to mackerel or sardines, with a firmer structure and less oily flavour. Lovely served on toasted bread or in a salad.

Product of Spain. 180 grams. Refrigerate and consume within 2-3 days of opening.
