All Ortiz fish is line caught and sustainably fished. Ortiz select the smaller, more tender yellow fin tuna. The prime tuna fillets are cooked then packed in olive oil.The exquisite flavour of the finest tuna is enhanced by olive oil, which gives it a silky texture.
