Mrs Payne's Smoked Trout is sourced from the Alexandra - Thornton district of Victoria from a trout farm located along the Goulburn River. Smoked to a traditional Dutch recipe in a hot smoker with eucalyptus wood chips, creating a unique yet subtle smoked flavour.

Product of Victoria. 100 grams. Keep refrigerated, consume within 2-3 days of opening.
