Perfect for sashimi or crudo, our Kingfish is sashimi grade and sustainably farmed in South Australia where it is referred to by it's Japanese name, hiramasa. Pair it with citrus, capers and olive oil for a European take on crudo or wasabi and soy for a Japanese vibe.

Fresh fish from Australia. Each fillet is approximately 400-500gm, skin on. Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. If you would like this skinned please leave a note at checkout.
