The more delicately flavoured counterpart to Atlantic Salmon. Perfect for grilling, frying or roasting, fresh Ocean Trout needs little embellishment: a little extra-virgin olive oil, salt flakes and lemon and you're ready to go. It is perfect for making a gravlax. Cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip over for a quick finish.

Fresh fish from Australia. Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
