Sliced Pickled Ginger (Amazu Shoga) is a refreshing accompaniment to sushi and sashimi. This pickled ginger by Obento is known as 'Amazu Shoga' in Japanese. Sliced Pickled Ginger's pink appearance matches its slight sweetness and it can also be served in between meals as a palate cleanser.
