Rock Lobster or crayfish is one of life's luxuries. These local lobster tails are raw, ready for the bbq or poaching and some good quality mayonnaise.

Price may vary due to MARKET PRICING  

Frozen. Approx. 190-250gm per tail. Keep refrigerated for a slow thaw, cover with a damp cloth. Cook and consume within 1-2 days after thawing.
